Refund policy
At earthyappa, we take pride in crafting high-quality, antioxidant-rich teas and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we want to ensure safety, freshness, and transparency for every customer.
Returns
Because our teas and ingestible products are consumable, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will gladly assist if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at earthyappa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- earthyappa reserves the right to decline refunds that do not meet our policy criteria
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
Allergies & Personal Preference
Our blends may contain natural ingredients that affect individuals differently. We do not offer refunds based on:
- Taste preference
- Allergic reactions (please review ingredients carefully before purchasing)
