Kakadu Plum powder is a native Australian superfood made from the fruit of the Terminalia Ferdinandiana tree, also known as Gubinge. Traditionally used by Aboriginal Australians for thousands of years as a source of nourishment, it holds an important place in Indigenous food knowledge and connection to country. Recognised as the most concentrated natural source of vitamin C, it typically contains around 2,300 to 5,300 mg per 100g. This fine powder has a bright, tart flavour and is also rich in polyphenols, with antioxidant activity reported to be significantly higher than blueberries.
